yea at least that’s what everybody tells me to do and going to the beach might help also

Yes, not sure about all the science stuff, but a doctor once told me that a good way to help acne is to spend time in the sun, but of course wearing sun screen. So spend more time out in the sun letting it at your spots and it will help.
