they say chewing gums releases mercury vapour.
I know SCIENTIFICALLY it isnt proven but then they say acne and food isnt scientifically proven when for me if I eat chocolate I get acne and its true.
I suffer shyness, anxiety, unable to handle stress i just tremble and I constantly have a tremor and cant take my concious off my nerves and anxiety i have mood swings and just frustrated.. maybe its all a fear and having psychosomatic thoughts but the symptoms match mine with the shyess…

Maybe you just suffer from panic attacks or anxiety and blame your fillings?
MANY people still have 10+ amalgams. The true danger with amalgams is when they are first placed. Mainly when they were first placed 10+ years ago. Then, they were hand mixed and the mercury was hand added so you could easily add too much. Now, they come premixed and are much safer when placed. Once set, they are fine. You just really wouldn’t want to eat them. There is no evidence to show that they are dangerous. Mercury is found in the water, but no one is jumping on that. For many people, amalgams are still placed for their strength, b/c the new white fills do not provide the same strength.
I have 10+ and some most of them are more than 30 years old. I have studied this situation for some time and was concerned for my own health.
I see a Naturopath when I want help with my health. She tested me for mercury toxicity and I don’t have one, which was a big relief to me.
I have written a page on both mercury amalgam fillings and how to find a Naturopath in your local area.

Good luck!
Anxiety and depression are definately symptoms of heavy metal toxicity, if that is truly what you have in your case.
As a dentist I had heavy metal buildup in my system throughout the many years of drilling out old mercury-amalgam fillings and inhaling the vapor created in the process. (And I wear a mask and protective eye wear all the time). It is no picnic on the way you feel and how it effects your central nervous sysyem. It took me well over a year and a half to detox from the damage. Long story short, mercury and other heavy metal toxicity is for real as I have experienced it.
The first thing you want to do is get tested to see if you indeed have heavy metal toxicity. I would have that done by a holistic physician who has experience with these matters. If you do, then he would also have a prorocol of detox methods. This may include IV chelation therapy and/or supplements. I have seen these work wonders on people including myself. If this helps clear up the matter then you may want to have your old amalgams replaced with newer dental work that does not contain heavy metals.
In summary, the amalgams may be contributing to your health problems. If they are, there are ways of testing for your overall toxicity and ways of treating that toxicity prior to filling removal. If this diagnosis and treatment works then, and only then, consider getting the old fillings removed and replaced. Of course they should always be replaced if they are worn and broken down in the first place.
Best wishes!
