It might not be cheap but you could buy ProActive, I’ve heard of alot of cases where it works very good.
proactive is a miracle!!! I have ALWAYS had bad skin and I tryed everything from cheap stuff to the most expensive. There is nothing that is better!
What worked for me and this is tough… diet. No fun food or drink… none! Wash face with Dove soap and warm water. No greasey stuff or sodas or beer or anything fun. Stay with natural foods. (Sound hokey but it worked for me). Wash your face as often as you can stand it and try some kind of moisturizer. Shoot, plain old cheap Wal-Mart lotion is as good as any.
Keep your hair clean… super clean. Wash it at least once a day.
This should help. I hope it does. Good luck.
I don’t know of any cheap solutions.i SWEAR by PROACTIVE!There’s a money back guarantee & everything.PROACTIVE,PROACTIVE,PROACTIVE!
dont cheat yourself, that is retarded.
Proactive is a good solution from what I’ve heard from other people, but it is expensive. Alternatively, Avon has a real nice and affordable line of products for different skin types. I don’t have a lot of Acne either, but the Avon products have helped me control my t-zone problems.
I went to the Dermatologist and he gave me an antibiotic to kill the acne infection (and my acne wasn’t that bad) then he told me not to use any acne wash on my face only mild soap like Dove or Cetaphil(I think that’s how you spell it) then he said not to use any astringent and if necessary a little moisturizer like Purpose (that’s the name of the moisturizer) I think its made by Johnson and Johnson. and use it only on the dry areas.
hope I have been of help and good luck
God Bless
Proactive does not work for everyone….and if you don’t really have serious skin problems… if it’s a few pimples here and there you don’t need proactive… avoid ANY face product that has harsh chemicals in it. Products like proactiv and others on the market supress your symptoms or make them worse. Miss a day of washing your face and your back to the same problems. Look for natural products that clean your face with natural non harsh ingredients… a surface cleaner, a exfoilant for dead skin so your moisturizer can do it’s job, a toner.. depending on your skin type and a good eye cream… that takes care of good cleaning habits… another big part is what you put in you body…drink alot of water…it’s your body’s natural moisturizer…eat clean foods, avoid sugary, greesy foods…eat grains, plenty of fruits and veggies… and you’ll see a difference that will last you a life time.
Try Dr. Houska or Jurlique……please see saffronrouge.com for more information on natural skin care products.
Also you can look into this natural skin care line at bath and body works…i started off with that I have the same skin type that you have… it’s a rice bran foaming face wash… it helps moisturize your dry areas while controling you oily areas and balances you skin…the deep cleaner is a tomato exfoilator….packed with vitamins and antioxidants and smoothes and knocks out dead skin cell.. and there is a skin balancing moisturizer….also use a clay kaolin mask or make your own avacado mask…once a week to purify you skin….once a month give yourself a facial….surface clean, steam your face, mask, moisturize…then move on from there…that’s the cheap way to start off…for stuff that works GREAT but a little more pricier is on saffron rouge…but you will be amazed at the results
try the tea tree oil range from the body shop. Tea tree oil has natural purifying antibacterial properties and is known to help soothe blemished skin.
i suppose $7 for a bottle of tea tree oil treatment is not too expensive. It’s a medicine cabinet must. A pre-blended oil which can be used in many different ways to help soothe blemished skin. Dab directly onto skin at first sign of a blemish.
You’ll also be able to find facial cleanser, toner, mask, gel, moisturiser from this range.
If you want to go REALLY cheap..wash your face with a bar soap, apply peroxide afterward (but only at night, 3x week), and apply toothpaste to your trouble spots overnight. Use some sort of mud mask once a week.
