What is the best and ultimate cure to acne in adults (30yrs old woman)?

My girlfriend is 30 yrs old and still has acne. what can be done to cure and get rid of this once and for all?

There is no ultimate cure. I am in my 50′s and still use 10% Benzoyl Peroxide to control it successfully.
daily washing with antiseptic & greasy skin soaps is recommended . there are 2 medical ways to run out of them.
isotretinoein (20mg & 5mg capsuls) &cyproterone compound are the best medical treatment. herbal medicine is also available & antibiotics such as erythromycin,rifampin,…& local tretinoein ointment are also effective
