Drinking LOTS of water, and reducing stress in your life, and LOTS of water.. Oh, did I mention the LOTS of water thing??!!??
lemons are the best and grapefruit isn’t too bad but avoid oranges bvecause of the sugar.I had mild acne myself.It works quite well.
I had somewhat of an acne problem and most of it was caused by me touching my face. I would either do it out of habit or because I would pick at the acne. If you touch your face a lot you might be causing it considering all the dirt and oil that gets on your hands. If not that then maybe your diet.
lots of water, lots of rest and less oily foods. and oh, regular washing of face to remove accumulated dirt that may clog your pores. =)
