What is the best acne medication out there?

I really need some good acne medication…..What medication has worked best you you?

i use clearasul, its mew and it works
Both of my kids use proactive and when using it 100% it works very well for them – it is almost a miracle. HOWEVER if they get lazy the acne returns.
Only your face, honestly, can give the best answer here.
According to the site below 1 good acne treatment is Proactiv there are many more that work…Clean and clear works for me but we all have different skin so it may or may not work for you check out other working acne treatments in my resorces…
