What causes facial acne cysts?

Lately I’ve been getting cysts, which, as defined my my dermatologist, is oil trapped under the skill. They basically look like a marble is trapped under my skin and it hurts the first few days then the pain goes away but the cyst stays for weeks. I’m already taking medicine for my mild acne (Retin-A micro and also a pill)
Why have I been getting them lately? What can I do to prevent them? And treat them?

if they are too big or a danger to your health then the doctor will just drain them.they stick a needle in the cyst
You need to have more sex then the hormones backing up in your system will go be used somewhere else. Worked for me when I was a teen!
