What causes Baby acne?

I have a niece who was just born a month ago and now she has acne so i wanted to find the answer to what causes it. Any suggestions?

Hormones…It’s the mother’s hormones leaving baby’s system. This is very common..not to worry
It’s more than likely not acne. It’s possible that it’s eczema or a skin condition like psoriasis. The skin should probably be looked at by a pediatrician.
