i suggest going to your doctor and asking for a prescription. i started using a prescription 2 years ago and i barely ever get pimples now. hope that helped. and if your skin is kind of inbetween like mine is dont use the proactive and things like that because it will just dry it out, but if you have really oily skin then i guess that would work, but i say go to your doctor.
if your around 11 you’ll start getting zits. its just hormones, use a cleanser after you take a shower, shampoo and stuff get in your pores that helps acne. you really can’t do any thing about it though.
Acne is a normal thing for teenagers.
I believe it’s from an excess of sebum that your skin produces due to yet another excess of hormone in the body.
There isn’t much to do apart from cleaning your face, taking care of your skin and having a good hygiene.
Try to see a dermatologist if the acne really bothers you.
And there are special acne treating products like face wash and lotion that you can use to treat the acne.
LIKE YOU SAID DIRT/BACTERIA CAUSES BACTERIA BUT ALSO OILS AND YOUR SWEAT GLANDS. DRINKING A LOT OF WATER AND MAINTAING A GOOD DIET CAN PREVENT ACNE.
Dirt, oil, stress, hormones. Once you start going into puberty, all the major breakouts starts. Mine started in grade 6 and cleared up by the time i started middle school. I really recomment washing your face as often as you can. Make sure to tone it and to moisturize it. Also, the body shop sells blemish sticks that contain tea tree oil which is great to just cure acne. It retails at around 5 dollars.
dirt on ur face and not washing ur face
so was ur face
Ive suffered with acne for 5 years now and a friend told me recently that eliminating dairy products from your diet can help get rid of acne. I thought id give it a try since i have nothing to loose considering all the MONEY and time i have spent on acne products and facials in the past.
It took about 3 weeks to see a noticeable difference and 4 weeks later the only remains on my face are a few scars which will heal over time. I stopped eating/drinking milk, cream, ice cream, cheese and basically anything with high milk contents. I still eat some yogurt a few times a week because i still want some calcium intake and yogurt is also very good for your intensinal flora. I will also buy some calcium tablets.
After all these years of medication, expensive facial treatments, laser treatment anything you name it, i have done it, i can finally say im free from acne. I have to say though that i was shocked because of all the research ive done and doctors ive been to, never ever mentioned anything about dairy products and how they may be a major cause of acne. I also did more research about why milk may be a huge factor in acne and it came up with because of the hormones in milk that are produced by a cow when the cow is pregnant. It all makes sense and
finally after all these years i have found the cure for acne.
Forget the products for now stop eating any dairy products and see if there is any difference.
Give it a go you have nothing to loose!
I’ve tried everything from changing my diet to everything and anything over the counter. What I do to keep my face clear is I change my pillow every couple of days. I’ve noticed this helps a ton. I also take a vitamin called Lysine when I feel a break out coming on. This tends to clear it up before the zit even gets to the surface. It also works on cold sores. I always use a toner like Sea Breeze on a cotton ball every night. I also use this lotion called Alpha Hydroxy. It works like magic!! (If you can find face wash with Alpha Hydroxy, get that too.) Some times it’s hard to find. I know Walgreens has it for sure. It’s fairly cheap $4 or so. I had very bad skin growing up and this stuff helped me keep it clear! I have to be careful about washing my face. If I wash it too much I break out. So, I was it if it feels greasy, in the shower, and before I go to bed. Some days, I might only wash it once. I usually use St. Ives Apricot Scrub. The generic works just as well. If you have sensitive skin get a small container (about a cup or so) and mix together some honey, corn meal, and a tea spoon or so of rubbing alcohol (add a tablespoon of baking soda if you have black heads) It needs to be thick, But, wash with that and see how you like it. I think it works better than anything else. If you have black heads Biore pore strips work awesome. Don’t get Ponds or any other kind. You’ll waste your money. Biore is the best. Other than that just wear that lotion under your make-up and you’re good to go! Sometimes I don’t even wear a foundation. I’ll put my lotion on, dab some concealer on any red pimples, and then use a powder brush to brush on either a bronzer or face powder (like cover-girl) sometimes both. Then I do blush, eye make-up, and whatever else. You don’t clog your pores as much this way and you get a great flawless finish. I don’t have great skin. But this way covers up imperfections better than a full coverage foundation does. Good Luck!
I saw the comment about the milk. That person probably has a dairy allergy. My cousin had the same problem. Don’t cut out the milk. As a young women you need it. I use a wash cloth with cold milk over my face after I pop any zit or use a face mask, sun burn anything that makes you red. It takes the red out! I have a ton of at home beauty secrets!
