what can i do to get rid of scabs from cystic acne?

i have 2 or 3 scabs on my forehead from popping cystic acne. i am about to go stay a few days with my boyfriend and will wake up next to him in the mornings with no makeup on. what can i put on my face tonight to get rid of these damn scabs?

you could soak it in Vaseline or sunflower/olive oil, sounds weird but you need something really oily to k into it and cover it in cellophane ot sellotape so it can soak in and in the morning the scab should just rub off, and if it bleeds get a wet piece of tissue and leave it pressed on for like 2 mins
