I used the Acne Free kit for a long time (when i had mild acne) and it should work really good if you have a few white heads like you said. It uses benzoyl peroxide to treat acne which I found works better personally.
Go to a dermatologist. I wasted years and tons of money on over-the-counter stuff. Most of it does little or nothing.
I agree with the person above. I wasted so much money, and so much time on acne products.
I have used proactive, acne free kit , clean&Clear kit, clearasil, neutrogena, well you get it… a lot of things.
I went to my dermatologist and she put me on an acne antibiotic.
works pretty good
take the dermatologist route honey
I used Exposed for about 2-3 months and it cleared my skin pretty nice. The thing is, my face never cleared all the way, and it didn’t really prevent my acne either. I also have used Proactiv… not a big fan of it. What has finally been working for me is just going to a dermatologist. I don’t have bad acne, but the dermatologist can prescribe something as simple as a pill to take. It’s a tad expensive, but it was my best solution
Good luck!
I recommend use Acneace!
I used it, and after 1 months, my acne was COMPLETELY gone!
Hope it works for you.
you can get From Google Search Acneace Official site. Good luck.
ClearPores, Acuzine, Acnezine, Proactiv,
I would recommend the diana stalder lemon soap. It is very effective in preventing acne. I buy it from pinay beauty products and they are the authorized diana stalder distributor in the us.
Taking shower two times a day and dipping in the sauna at the gym once a day.
