I wouldn’t waste money on things like ProActiv and AcneFree.
The problem with both of those is that they contain heavy chemicals that your skin get immune to, and overtime they stop working because your skin is so used to absorbing the chemicals in them. Those products also dry out your skin which causes flaking and making your skin feel unhealthy.
I used to have terrible acne growing up(I’m now 18), I’ve tried ProActiv, AcneFree, Neutrogena, Clean and Clear, all that and spent so much money just to be disappointed.
I use St. Ives Apricot Scrub, and St. Ives Collagen Elastin Moisturizer, and my skin cleared up within a week and a half I noticed a difference. The good thing about these products is that they are under $ 15 for both of them combined, and they come in big portions that can last you a long time. A tube of Apricot Scrub can last you roughly around two months, and the moisturizer can last about four months.
I would take this approach first and try it out for a month to see if it improves your acne before trying something else. You can find both of these in stores like Rite Aid, Walgreens, Walmart, Target, etc.

Hi,
I use St. Ives scrub, I think it works for me, but it just depends.
Another way is, to get asprin, crush it, mix it in water, then add honey. Rub that on your face.
They say toothpaste works too (the paste kind, not the gel kind) but I wouldn’t recomend that becuase it does sting.
I would first go to your MD. Or try Proactiv. I love that stuff. If you are a female, use non-clog make-up, do not touch your face and to reduce swelling if you crush asprin and put a it of water in it and mix it till it is a bit like clay let it dry on your face and that helps. There are a ton of products out there. You’ll find something. If not go to your MD.
When I went through that, I went to a dermatologist and he prescribed me stuff.
and that did wonders to my face! (They were gone in a month, and I never get acne now) and he also discovered that I’m allegoric to a certain ingredient in make up and all that.
So you should ask a dermatologist what would work best based on your skin type,
because I used to try stuff that just killed my skin before.
i had soo much acne about three months ago and it wasnt just pimples i had these little skin bumps but i go clean and clear advance acne solution and it really help i used it twice a day and in about three weeks my face was completely clear i had 0 acne or skin bumps i strongly suggest it
Proactiv works well. There are other products that contain benzoyl peroxide on the market, but proactiv is the easiest. Clean and clear makes a persa gel.
If you really want to cure your acne there is a holistic system that will completely cure your acne with 2 months without any drugs. It has already worked for thousands of people. It is called Acne No More. It teaches you how to fix all of the different things that cause your acne.
While it doesn’t work for everyone, I have had great success with Proactiv. If you’d like to read about my experience with this product click here: http://acneguide-rebecca.com/

Want to get rid of ACNE? There are lots of acne treatment and even remedies …but need to follow something here my fren:
Once your acne improves or clears, you may need to continue your acne medication or other treatment to prevent new acne breakouts. In some cases, you might need to use a topical medication on acne-prone areas, continue taking oral contraceptives or attend ongoing light therapy sessions to keep your skin clear. Talk to your doctor about how you can prevent new eruptions.
You can also prevent new acne breakouts with self-care measures, such as washing your skin with a gentle cleanser and avoiding touching or picking at the problem areas. Other acne-prevention tips include:
*Wash acne-prone areas only twice a day. Washing removes excess oil and dead skin cells. But too much washing can irritate the skin. Wash areas with a gentle cleanser and use oil-free, water-based skin care products.
*Use an over-the-counter acne cream or gel to help dry excess oil. Look for products containing benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid as the active ingredient.
*Avoid heavy foundation makeup. Choose powder cosmetics over cream products because they’re less irritating.
*Remove makeup before going to bed. Going to sleep with cosmetics on your skin can clog tiny openings of the hair follicles (pores). Also, be sure to throw out old makeup and clean your cosmetic brushes and applicators regularly with soapy water.
*Wear loosefitting clothing. Tightfitting clothing traps heat and moisture and can irritate your skin. *Also, whenever possible, avoid tightfitting straps, backpacks, helmets or sports equipment to prevent friction against your skin.
*Shower after exercising or doing strenuous work. Oil and sweat on your skin can trap dirt and bacteria.
I hope that helped you a lot.
