i use a basic skin cleanser in the shower, after i am dried off use 10%Benzol Peroxide Cream(this is what clears it up), after i finished getting dressed or what ever, I use a moisturizer so that my skin isn’t red and dry looking, thats what works for me and I have tried just about everything

we’ve been having some success with tea tree oil, which comes in a cream or oil mixture. dab a little on the affected areas of a clean face a couple of times a day. it’s even helped alleviate the redness we sometimes get after a pimple is “done.”
well, it actually depends on the type of acne u have. if u have acne that pops up once in a while try over the counter products like neutrogena, clear and clear. but if those dont work, proactiv is the best that I have tried. I dont have lot of acne, just once in a while, so I use proactiv in the morning or night and use my regular facewash/toner/mositurizer in the night or vice versa. That way, my face isnt too dry due to the benzoyl peroxide in proactiv that is needed for intense acne.
Go with proactive, it takes away all the acne AND the redness of your face.

That depends… If it’s hormonal caused, topicals don’t work, and the pills cost a crapload… Almost all topicals for non-hormone caused acne are just about the same as far as the brands go… I don’t believe that there’s a better one, because none of them worked for me in the end, as benzoyl peroxide and salysitic acid just burn and dry out your skin, and do not stop the main cause of acne (it isn’t caused by bacteria. atleast not when you’ve tried ten different OTC meds)… If they don’t work, do stop using them though. It only damages your skin, and obviously isn’t curing hormone problems/sensitivity…
Acne

It maybe a good idea go to a dermatologist. Additionally, I used Proactive for about 1year with wonderful results but then after that I started to get terrible uncontrollable breakouts and ended up going to the dermatologist he gave me Retin-A (the generic version) it is the best treatment I have had and the prescription only cost me $20 Canadian (can’t beat that)!

Proactive works really well.Also you might want to try that and Clearasil-although it might dry your skin a bit so use a moisturizer in the mornings.
I struggled with acne for years and I finally found the solution that works for me. We have been fooled, tricked, deceived, and just plain lied to. It’s time that someone put a stop to it, and everyone learn the truth!
