I have Moderate, sometimes severe acne, Not so much on my face but on my shoulders and upper back I get Cystic acne really bad. It rarely form white heads, and they hurt alot, typical diet and washing twice a day just isnt cutting it, I need a pill or something i could take, that would not cost alot to get because i dont have Health Insurence. What are some medications I could specifically ask for that dont cost a whole lot?

I have two big hard cysts on my face and is there anyway to treat them? I’ve used every acne product I own. I’ve tried warm compress and they did shrink a bit..anything that will cure them faster?

I have just a few very small cystic spots on my nose. They don’t hurt, and they don’t stand out in a particularly noticeable way. However, they’ve been there for a while, and I’d really like to treat it without using Accutane.

I’d appreciate any ideas, homemade remedies, and the like. Thanks!
I don’t think Accutane is necessary because I’ve known people put on the drug and they have had much more serious spots, while I just have a few small ones on the nose.

I am tired to go to the dermatologist , I tried several acne creams but none work. I am 23 and I really need to find a treatment that help me remove my acne scars. I tried home remedies for acne and none helped me. Any suggestions on some acne treatments? I can’t afford laser acne treatment so please don’t mention this option to me. Thanks

Recently I’ve been taking extra good care of my face. I’ve been putting warm washcloths on twice for ten minutes a day. Exfoliating once a week. And taking vitamins.
I have noticed an improvement in my deep under the skin acne. The only problem is now, I have a whole bunch of black heads just popping up.
What should I do?

Also How can I control my stress, because it gives me that deep acne.

Im 16, my acne has more or less gone now, but im left with a few purple scars on my face, do you know any methods i could use to lessen the extent of the scaring or get rid of it altogether?

I’ve been off accutane for a few months but now I have a few cystic acne scars on the side of my face from the severe acne I had. What kind of cream could I use or natural supplement could I take to heal the scars, repair the damaged skin or make the cystic acne scars shrink.

Please do not recommend any facial peels, doctor prescription drugs or injections. I’ve had a few shots of cortizone to the scars but with minimal results and I spent alot of $$. I’m currently using over the counter Cicaplast cream which costs me $25 for a small tube.

I tried getting the mirena but my cervix is trashed after surgery and our little miracle baby! Soooo… my dr. put me on ortho tri cyclen. I take the generic. I’ve tried the ring before and wasn’t impressed and the orthotricyclen is giving me horrible acne and dull hair. I wanted to try yaz, but heard it causes serious emotional health problems and with a new baby, that’s the last thing I need. What pill is good for both pregnancy prevention, no weight gain and no acne?
I read on a website a bunch of people saying yaz made them severly depressed and caused high levels of anxiety. I’m sorry, I don’t remember the site.

I’m 13 and i want to go on the pill.
i had thought about it because i have really bad acne, but also because i can’t stand having my period.
I have really bad anxiety & severe depression and it gets so much worse when i have PMS, which i get really badly.
I don’t want to ask my mum because she already thinks my boyfriend and i are having sex, but we’re not.
So would it be possible for my GP to prescribe the pill ?
