ere are many acne products on the market offering promises to make your life acne free. Advertising is geared to convince the individual that a particular product is the miracle cure, when there may be nothing to substantiate the claim. Most products offer hollow promises that leave your pockets equally empty. Acne medicine is specialized and depends on skin type, skin tone, where the breakouts occur, and if the individual has severe acne or not.

Mild to moderate acne can be controlled with a large variety of acne products, but few products can make you completely acne free. Benzoyl peroxide is one of the most common acne treatments and can be safely used by nearly anyone. Benzoyl peroxide works by killing the bacteria that causes acne while also drying your skin. Products with benzoyl peroxide can be used by people with a many different skin tones and is very effective at treating mild to moderate acne on the face.

Acne products that contain sulfur can also help people with mild to moderate acne. Sulfur is very effective because it unclogs the pores by removing dead cells while also promoting the healing process. Some sulfur products have anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory ingredients to reduce redness and swelling while further preventing acne breakouts.

Salicylic acid is used in acne products as an exfoliating agent. However, salicylic acid is very strong and is not recommended for use on the face or other areas with sensitive skin. It is commonly used to treat and prevent breakouts of back acne, and other acne on the body.

Acne products available on the market today may not clear up acne completely, but these products will help. The best thing you could do is learn proper skin care, as this will be your best defense against future outbreaks. There is no single miracle product for severe acne, but if you use the right products in combination with the proper amount of basic skin care, you will stand a better chance of preventing future acne outbreaks.

Acne is a common skin problem for most adolescents and also afflicts some adults. People of all ages and backgrounds have had to deal with acne at some point. Hence, there has long been a desire to prevent it or cure it. We will look at some of the causes of acne as well as some of the ways in which people have followed treatment. Our hope is that you will gain a better understanding of why people get acne and what they can do for treatment and prevention.

What is acne?

For thousands of years, people have struggled with acne. Known in some cultures as a curse from the gods for immoral behavior, acne has largely been misunderstood. Only within the past century or so has the medical field been able to identify the true causes of acne. As one might expect, this has allowed those who suffer the blemishes to gain a certain sense of relief.

An inflammatory disease of the skin, acne is the result of severe changes in the skin?s structure. Acne is thought to be the body?s unusual response to a relatively normal production of testosterone, a male hormone. Rather than a sign that one?s skin is not clean, acne is more closely associated with the hormonal and bacterial activity beneath the skin, which eventually leads to the irritation of the skin. The result is the red swelling we know as acne.

Medibeam is a hand held device which uses light therapy (Phototherapy) to treat acne. It is suitable to treat all forms of acne from moderate to more severe conditions. Ance is caused by hormones overstimulating glands in the skin, leading to blocked pores and infection. The special frequency red light delivered by Medibeam has been clinically proven to reduce the bacteria which cause infection and stimulate the natural repair mechanism of the skin. Longer term use can also reduce the severity of acne scars. As the light is at a low frequency it does not harm or burn the skin as with ultraviolet light – You cannot feel Medibeam during use.

Most of us understand acne as the irritating pimples that are commonly found on the forehead and the face. However, there are different acne types and many of these present themselves in the form of serious and chronic skin conditions. The simplest way of understanding different types is by dividing them into two basic categories —

Severe acne

Mild-to-moderate acne

Severe Acne

It is characterised by two typical features:

It can’t be cured by using OTC (over-the-counter) medications and requires expert medical advice for treatment

It is long-term in nature and some individuals have been known to experience severe forms throughout their lives

The most common severe acne types include:

Nodules

Spots created due to nodular acne are much larger in circumference and are quite painful. The nodules are like thick, hard bumps on the surface of the skin and they usually cause scarring. Without medical treatment, unsolved cases of nodules translate into impaction, i.e. presence of thick closely-packed, pit-shaped nodules for life.

Cysts

Cysts, or acne cysts, are sometimes misunderstood as nodules. However, cysts are a different type of acne and are characterized by the presence of thick pus. These can be very painful. Make sure never to squeeze or prick them as this activity can cause permanent scarring. Squeezing cystic acne leads to spreading the infection on a much larger scale.

Rosacea

Rosacea is typically found among people in the age group of 30+. These are actually a complicated version of untreated acne vulgaris. Rosacea begins as a slightly red lesion along the cheeks, chin and nose. It is one of the most severe types and can even distort the nose, a condition that’s known as rhinophyma.

Mild-To-Moderate Types

Mild cases of are characterised by the following features:

These pimples are temporary in nature and even if left untreated, tend to resolve with time.

A few precautions like good hygiene and use of commonly-available OTC medications are sufficient to treat them.

The most common mild/moderate acne types include:

Whiteheads — these are also called as closed comedones and are formed due to a complete blockage of the skin pore. These are embedded deep within the skin. In the absence of air, these lesions develop a distinctive white spot-like appearance.

Blackheads — these are called as open comedones as they have some level of exposure to the external air. Here, the pores are only partially clogged-up. Their defining black color is caused due to the oxidation of the melanin pigment that is found in the skin.

Papules — these are among the most common acne types and are easily recognizable due to their red, inflamed appearance. Unlike the comedones (whiteheads or blackheads), papules have no visible ‘head’.

Pustules (zits) — these are often confused with whiteheads, but pustules are actually the inflamed version of an earlier whitehead. They have a typical red circle and the centre is usually yellow or white.

Acne comes in many forms and can range from mild to severe. It’s found on different parts of the body, although facial acne is the most apparent. You can usually treat mild cases of acne yourself, however more serious cases are best handled by health care professionals like dermatologists.

The most common form of Acne is called Acne Vulgaris, which translates literally to “common acne”. This is the type that can cause blackheads, papules, pustules, whiteheads, cysts and nodules.

Blackheads form in pores that are partially blocked. The substance that actually causes oily skin – called sebum – along with dead cells and bacteria slowly drain to the skin’s surface. The black color occurs when the pigments in the skin are exposed to air. Blackheads can often take a long time to disappear.

Papules are small red-colored bumps on the skin’s surface. They’re usually tender to the touch and irritating, but it’s important not to squeeze them or even touch them if possible. Squeezing them or touching them excessively can lead to aggravation and ultimately scarring.

Pustules are what is common known as pimples or “zits”. They look like a red circle with a center that’s yellow or white.

Whiteheads differ from blackheads in that they are contained underneath the skin’s surface. These are caused by pores that are completely blocked, trapping the sebum, dead cells and bacteria beneath the surface of the skin.

Nodules are quite a bit bigger than most other forms of acne. They’re hard lumps underneath the skin’s surface, which are usually quite painful and can last for weeks or months. Nodules are very prone to causing scarring, so it is wise to see a dermatologist for treatment before the scarring can occur.

Cysts are very similar to nodules with the exception that they’re filled with pus. Cysts are usually quite painful and will often lead to scarring if they’re left untreated. As with nodules, it’s best to see a dermatologist for treatment.

Acne can range in severity from a relatively small number of whiteheads, to a proliferation of cysts and nodules, which can be as physically painful as they are psychologically upsetting.

Severe cystic acne can be resistant to most treatments, and in fact cystic acne treatment can produce side effects that are as upsetting as the condition itself. For the many sufferers of this kind of acne however, refusing treatment is not an option, so here are some things to be aware of before undergoing your cystic acne treatment.

The causes of cystic acne are, like other types of the condition, associated with the over production of oil by glands in the skin. There remains no definitive cure for any of the acne types, and the ways in which available treatments work is not fully understood. Treating cystic acne can be difficult â?? severe cystic acne is usually resistant to topical treatments, and some of the medications that are commonly used, such as tetracycline. Cystic acne can be extremely upsetting for the sufferer, especially cystic acne in women, and though treating the condition can be harsh, it is usually, thankfully, well worth going through.

The most common tool in treating cystic acne is Accutane, or isotretinoin. Though this is a very effective treatment for severe cystic acne, it can bring unwanted side effects. Here are a few tips to help ease you through your treatment:

Accutane has an extremely drying effect, resulting in chapped lips and dry eyes. You might want to ensure that you carry an effective lip balm with you at all times during treatment, and contact lens wearers might find it more comfortable to return to wearing glasses for the duration of treatment.

Accutane can also cause muscle aches â?? gentle exercise can help, but ensure that you rest regularly also.

Accutane can have adverse effects on your cholesterol levels and lead to abnormal liver enzyme production. Accutane can also give rise to feelings of depression. Report any changes in your mood or your general health to your doctor straightaway.

Accutane can have extremely damaging effects on a developing fetus, therefore you MUST NOT become pregnant while taking this drug. Ensure that you use birth control at all time during your treatment.

Cystic acne treatment can undoubtedly give rise to certain side effects, but these should all subside once treatment is complete. And for the many patients who have completed treatment, the wonderful results have been well worth it.

Acne Vulgaris, commonly referred to as pimples, is an inflammatory disease of the skin. This condition is very common in puberty. As one reaches their early twenties, it either disappears or decreases. Acne begins because of the comedo, an enlarged hair follicle plugged with oil and bacteria. The comedo is invisible to the naked eye and is present beneath the surface of the skin. When it gets the right condition, it grows into an inflamed lesion. The oil produced from the skin helps bacteria to flourish within the swollen follicle.

Non-inflammatory acre are of two types – Closed comedo or white head, and Open comedo or black head. There are 4 types of inflammatory acne -

· Papule – It is the mildest form that appears on the skin as a small, firm pink bump.

· Pustule – They are small round lesions containing visible pus. They may appear red at the base and yellowish or whitish at the center.

· Nodule or Cyst – Large and painful, they are pus-filled lesions lodged deep within the skin. The nodules may persist for weeks or months with the contents hardening into a deep cyst. Both nodules and cysts often leave deep scars.

· Acne Conglobata – This severe bacterial infection develops mostly on the back, buttocks and chest.

The chief causes of acne are hormones like androgen, production of extra sebum, follicle fallout, bacteria and inflammation. For controlling acne, you can carry out the following steps -

· Avoid excessive washing of your skin. It can leave the healthy skin dry, thus irritating the acne prone areas. Over-washing may also stimulate extra oil production.

· Avoid alcohol products to tone your skin. Alcohol is a strong astringent that strips the top layer of the skin causing sebaceous glands to produce more oil.

· Do not squeeze or pick the acne with fingernails, pins or any other thing. It forces the bacteria deeper into the skin and often leaves a permanent acne scar.

· A wash is required after exercise. The heat and moisture trapped against the skin creates an ideal breeding ground for the spread of bacteria.

· Consume food rich in Vitamin A, Vitamin B-2, Vitamin B-3, Vitamin E and Zinc like eggs, nuts, liver, milk, fish and leafy green vegetables.

· Proper sleep and a life without stress and emotional anxiety can reduce acne.

· Wear little make-up while exercising. Avoid garments that are made exclusively with nylon.

Laser surgery is often used to reduce the scars left behind by acne. Treating acne with azelaic acid, salicylic acid, tropical retinoids and benzoyl peroxide is also common. A large number of people started trying herbal acne treatments over the traditional medications by using teas, oils and herbal creams.

Acne is not just acne. There are several types of acne, each requiring a different type of treatment for it to be effective. It is important that yours is correctly diagnosed. Some are mild forms, that are easily treated, but the more severe forms can be difficult to clear up and can also be disfiguring to your skin.

Acne Vulgaris
The most common type of acne is known as acne vulgaris (meaning common acne), which is characterized by whiteheads, blackheads, nodules, cysts, papules and pustules. This type of acne is normally mild but can turn severe in an adult.

Whiteheads develop as the result of the blocking of a pore in your skin. Sebum (oil), dead skin cells and bacteria, which would normally be expelled through the pore, build up and form that white appearance. Whiteheads often dry up and disappear by themselves, while blackheads tend to be more persistent. With a blackhead the pore is only partially blocked, and therefore partially drains. Hence, it tends not to burst and and lasts for a longer period of time. The black spot is not caused by dirt but by a reaction with the melanin pigment in the skin.

A pustule is more painful and inflamed than a whitehead, and is commonly called a zit. A papule has no white or black head, but takes the form of an inflamed lump on your skin and under no circumstances should it be squeezed. This can cause scarring.

Nodules and cysts are associated with severe forms of acne vulgaris, and require professional medical treatment. Squeezing these will almost certainly cause scarring and possible infection. Nodules are large painful hard lumps under the skin, and cysts are similar but filled with pus. A cyst can be about a quarter inch in diameter and cause extensive scarring if it bursts. Medical treatment can help to reduce the inflammation.

Although it is sensible to keep your skin clean, don’t overdo it because if you wash off the protective skin oils, you can cause even more serious problems. Oil free cosmetics should also be used. Acne vulgaris can be treated using antibiotics and a range of skin creams designed for the condition. Laser treatment can be used on more severe cases.

Acne Rosacea
Acne rosacea and acne vulgaris frequently look the same and are often confused. However, while vulgaris can affect any part of your body, mainly the face, back and chest, rosacea is predominantly found on the face and forehead. It takes the appearance of a red rash often containing pimples and bumps in the skin. Since treatment is different from acne vulgaris, medical help is needed to identify the type of acne you have.

Other Types
These are the two most common types of acne. There are other types, which are rare, but and require medical treatment if you contract them. Acne Congloba is a severe type of acne vulgaris, occurring mainly in adult males, and consists of many interconnected lesions. It is also characterized with a large number of blackheads, on the face, chest, upper arms, thighs and buttocks and is treated with isotretinoin. Treatment is not always immediately successful, but does tend to have an effect over time.

Acne Fulminans is a type of acne conglobata that occurs very rapidly in young men, and it commonly causes severe scarring. Symptoms include aching joints and a fever. Pyoderma Faciale normally affects only the faces of adult females, and forms large nodules and pustules that can cause scarring. With proper care and treatment however, it generally disappears within a year.

Finally, Gram-Negative Folliculitis is a form of acne caused by bacteria, and is very rare. It is believed to occur after long term treatment of acne vulgaris, and its cause is generally unknown. Antibiotics are effective with this type of acne.

There are several types of acne, and it is important that you not only recognize it for what it is, but that you seek medical advice. Sometimes it is difficult to tell the difference between them, especially at onset. The quicker the treatment begins, the less severe the scarring is likely to be.

Because Acne has many stages and degrees of seriousness, it is helpful to have an understanding of the various types of acne blemishes and the corresponding level of seriousness of the acne causing the problem. Some forms of acne are relatively mild and others indicate deep infection of pores and their related glands. Listed below are various levels of blemishes. They are presented in order that the reader may inspect any skin blemish that appears on them and determine the seriousness of their problem, if any.

The first type of blemish that we will discuss is the Soft Closed Comedone. It is the lowest level of non irritated blemish. Soft closed comedones present themselves as bumpiness on the skin’s surface. They are not painful or red. Soft closed comedones develop when a plug of cellular debris and oil becomes trapped within the pore and and is covered by a layer of dead skin cells. The oil plug itself remains liquid or soft.

The second type of blemish is Hard Closed Comedones. They are called milia. These have very obvious white heads. Unlike pustules, milia are not red or painful. They are especially common in the eye area. Hard Closed Comedones develop just as their soft counterparts do. The difference is that the impaction has hardened and is similar to a grain of sand. The white head is not pus, but rather, a mass of dead cells and sebum (oil).

Open Comedones are the next type of blemish. The Open Comedone, or blackhead is easy to identify by its dark brown to black surface coloring. A blackhead is an accumulation of dead skin cells and sebaceous matter within the follicle. It’s top is not covered by a layer of dead skin cells, but instead is exposed to air. The black coloring is not dirt. Air causes the oil to darken much like an apple turns brown when exposed to air.

Microcomedones are the final group of skin blemishes. A microcomedone is the very beginning of an acne lesion. It occurs when the sebaceous duct and pore opening becomes becomes blocked by excess sebum and dead skin cells. Every blemish begins as a microcomedo. Most acne sufferers have many micromedomes but they are often too small to be seen with the naked eye.

With this background the reader can self examine their skin and determine if they have acne and also identify the type or types of blemishes from which they are suffering. Once the identification is made the reader can determine the type of treatment which is most appropriate.

The very first thing you must understand when trying to cure your acne is the type of acne that you actually have. This is significant because it gives insight into what may have actually caused the acne outbreak in the first place. And of course, once you know exactly what it is that triggers the acne, you have an advantage to either preventing it from happening again, or effectively treating it as it occurs.

There are many forms of acne, which would explain why it is so difficult to treat. I have listed several causes of acne and many of those may surprise you, but I also hope that they will help you discover what causes your acne. For instance, a great many people would likely be surprised to learn that acne is not caused by stress, as they may think, but more likely can be attributed to their fancy new perfume or cologne.

Adult acne can be caused by a hormonal imbalances, pollution, medications, or stress to name a few. Studies have shown a direct correlation between hormonal imbalances and outbreaks of acne in women ranging in age from 30 to 40 years.

Acne Cosmetic is just what it sounds like. It is the outbreak of acne due to the aggravation of the skin and pores caused by the active ingredients contained in the cosmetics that you wear.

Acne Conglobata can cause serious scarring on the face and back and it is usually attributed to hereditary factors. Unfortunately, there’s not a lot that can be done here.

Acne Detergens is the result of the use of soaps and cleaners that cause an irritating effect on the skin.

Acne Excoriee is actually brought about by the constant picking of the pimples on the face and body. This, perhaps more than all the other symptoms, can and should be avoided.

Acne Fulminans is a very serious form of acne that can accompany a fever and body aches. This acne is predominantly found amongst males and it includes the abrupt onset of acne, severe scarring, fever, loss of appetite and a high white blood cell count.

Acne Keloidalis is common among people of African descent. It usually flares up in and around the neck area.

Acne Mallorca is brought on by exposure to sunlight.

Acne mechanica is caused by materials and fabrics such as clothing and purse straps that chafe against bare skin.

Acne Medicametosa is a side effect of certain medications which include oral contraceptives and over the counter drugs that contain potassium iodide, chlorine and bromide.

Acne Neonatorum is acne that affects infants. It is transferred by way of hormones from the mother to the child.

Acne Pomade is commonly caused by the use of oils found in hair care products. The oil migrates from the hair to the forehead, where it can clog pores and cause acne.

The bottom line is that there are many forms of acne. By taking simple precautions and knowing what causes irritation in your specific case can greatly improve your control of the condition. One great tip is to avoid touching your face with your fingers. The majority of people have no idea how dirty their fingers really are and in many cases the occurrence of outbreaks can be avoided.

Acne is an inflammatory disease that causes the eruption of inflamed red pimples. It affects the areas of skin with the most population of sebaceous follicle. These parts are the face, the upper chest and the back. The various types of acne are:- Conglubata, which is the most severe and is more common in males.
Fulminans, common in young men is severe since it causes disfiguring scars accompanied by fever and joint aches. It does not respond to antibiotics.

Gram Negative Folliculitous, is characterized by cysts and pustules. It is very rare and occurs in males more than females. Pyoderma Faciale, Occurs only in females between ages of twenty and forty. It is abrupt, especially for women who have never had a case of acne before. It lasts less than a year.

Rosacea and Vulgaris are the most common types. They are more prevalent in women. Although they are not the same, they are often confused with each other. Vulgaris consists of various types of acne. They are:
Whiteheads, which develop faster than blackheads causing a white appearance on the skin. Papules, which are headless bumps which cause severe scarring. Pustules, usually have a white/yellow center. Nodules, large, last longer, are painful and tend to flare up often. Cysts, they are similar to nodules but are usually painful. They are puss-filled and usually scar.

Acne is caused by stress, which results in the overcompensation of oil secretion. The sebaceous glands work overtime. Blackheads, which result from oil (sebum) and dead cells are embedded in pores. They block the pores and mix with bacteria that turn black when exposed to air. Red pimples develop when blackheads become inflamed and they are spread when touched with dirty hands. When a pimple is infected, it develops a whitehead or pustule which can break and cause scarring.

It is also cause by bad cosmetics; bacteria is trapped in the pores and which then become laden with dirt. Acne often ruptures as a way to get rid of this dirt. Hormones cause overreaction of the sebaceous glands which is usually brought on when one undergoes puberty, and pregnancy and menopause in women. The acne causing hormone, androgen, is found in birth control pills. I causes breakouts by blocking the hair follicle.

In this era where beauty is considered very essential, acne can cause great distress and embarrassment, thus prevention is vital during teenage years. Avoid food that has a high fat percentage. Skin hygiene can be incorporated into regular cleaning regimes except that, one should not use strong or harsh soaps or chemicals. This only aggravates the skin to produce twice the amount of oil. Helmets and head gear cover the pores causing the skin to constrict.

Benzoyl peroxide has been used for a long time to treat acne and is found in cosmetics. Omega3 fats which are found mainly in fish, act as an anti inflammatory when ingested. You can also Incorporate of a low glycemic diet which are found in vegetables, sea food and fruit.

Different people from many different countries have varying types of hair. This could range from the curly to the straight ones; the blondes and the brunettes. The shapes and colors of hair also vary greatly.

People inherit their parents’ type of hair-this is simple science. But going beyond genetic contribution, other factors could be the geographical location of people around the globe. Hair color and texture could also be altered especially when there are interracial marriages. This mixture of races results into varied hair types and hair colors. As history has proven, people marry outside of their race and this is when the mixture of different genes starts to produce unique hair types.

The U.S., a diverse nation, is one of the best examples when it comes to racial mixtures. In this country, there are people who have ash blond hair; black hair; red hair; silver hair; ash-colored hair; etc.

The Basic Hair Types as Classified by Scientists

Scientists have tried to classify hair types in relation to the three earliest races:

?	Asian people who hail from the Orient often have ruler straight hair. The color of most Asians’ hair is black. Among the 3 races, this is the one that best resists damage.

?	The Africans from Africa. The climate and other environmental factors in that continent made Africans curly-haired. Their hair color is commonly black and the structure of the strands is twisted.

?	The Caucasoid group has the highest percentage of mixture among the three racial groups. Contemporary Caucasoids are highly varied even if they come from the same ancestral group. These people range from the north-west Europeans to the Indian subcontinent. The hair color could be from very pale (blond) to deep black.

Classification According to Shape

?	Straight hair
?	Curly/Frizzy hair
?	Wavy hair

People with curly, frizzy or wavy hair often need special care as compared to people with straight hair. But all hair types require basic hair care such as shampooing, using conditioners, and combing. Among the hair types, straight hair is the type that is likely to break easily as it can stretch especially when it’s wet. Blow drying would often lead to brittleness and, eventually, breakage.

Most teenagers observe that their hair becomes oily upon reaching the period of adolescence. This is because adolescence spurs sebaceous glands to become active. Along with acne, oily hair is also just a temporary part of every teenager’s life. Oily scalp often occurs in people who have straight hair.

At the other end of the spectrum, if hair becomes dry, it is best to wash it just once a week. Most curly and wavy-haired people are prone to dryness so these people should choose their hair care products well. Conditioning is a must and the recommended shampoos are those with jojoba oil.

Sometimes, it is not just the texture of the hair which causes dryness or too much oil on the scalp. Having rigorous activities can also cause oily hair or over exposure to the sun can cause photo damage to one’s hair.

Hair care is quite basic to all hair types; the only distinction is the choice of hair care products that would suit the individual.

Acne can be easily divided in to three main types. All these three types of acne are further classified and this classification is usually based on the severity of the condition.

The severity is further based on the number of lesions that are present on the body in conjunction with the presence of persistence, psychological impact as well as scaring.

- Types of acne

a) Comedonal

This type of acne can be considered as the initial phase of acts. It usually triggers of with the onset of puberty. It starts its onset on the nose and can progress further to involve the checks, forehead and chin.

Conedonal acne consists of white heads and black heads. There are no traces of pimples. This type of acne may exist separately or even with many other types of acne.

b) Papulopustular

This is the most common type. It is also considered to be the main type. It appears on the skin in the form of reddish pimples and can easily range from mild to severe. The acne most commonly involves upper arms, neck, back and chest of the body.

c) Nodulocystic

Nodulocystic acne is considered to be the most severe type. It is more severe than the Papulopustular acne and also involves the presence of large deep lesions, also known as nodules. It may also result in the formation of acne cysts. It can also affect the chest, face and back. This type is most common among the male.

d) Other types

Acne has many forms. These are seen as a small red dot to big pus filled cysts. However, all these types are related to each other. This means that they are developed from one another. They may also be completely independent in their origin.

e) Nodules

These are severe forms of acne also known as cyst as they are pus filled appear in sac-like formation. These are also considered to be the worst type of infection that tends to spread under the skin towards the adjoining tissue around the primary infection site. These are filled with pus and usually run deep inside the skin. Nodules can be very painful and scarring.

f) Cystic

This type is very common and caused by squeezing, picking or pinching small acne filled with pus. These activities makes the pus inside the cyst to burst deep inside the tissue of the skin and results in to a body mechanism that sends white blood cells to the affected area and these cells work towards fighting off bacteria. Cystic acne also results in a lot of swelling and deep rooted inflammation that ultimately results in pain.

g) Acne Vulgaris

This consists of black as well as white heads. This is easy to treat and can be taken care of via applying 2.5 per cent Benzoyl peroxide topically to the infected area
