Besides normal bumps, I also get these awful painful cystic bumps on my chin, jaw line, and neck. Does anybody have any advice on good ways to take down the swelling and/or hide them? They look disgusting and I don’t even want to leave the house when I have them.
Any preventative measures I could take? It seems once one starts, there’s no stopping it.

I suffer from social anxiety, and anxiety disorder.
But I am an excellent person and friend. Loyal, honest and sweet to those that are deserving of it.

I’m a sufferer of back acne and I also get it on my upper arms and sometimes my chest. I heard that having a really hot bath (so hot it hurts when you first get in and you have to get used to it) and soak in it for a while that it gradually clears up your body’s skin?

Is this true? How hot should the back be? How long should I remain in the bath for?

I am 18, I am developing a skin regime for myself to A. Prevent Aging and B. To have healthy youthful skin

I was recommended this:
1. Cleanse (Acne Solutions Cleansing Foam)
2. Exfoliate (Acne Solutions Clarifying Lotion)
3.Moisturizer (Acne Solutions Clearing Moisturizer Oil-Free)

Okay, so do I use them all at the same time in that order? And do I use all of them once a day, twice? In the morning, night time?

The ones I get are sometimes smaller than them, but otherwise look exactly the same.
They occur on my face and are the only type of acne that I get!
Why are they on my face? What’s causing them? Any ideas?

I’ve recently gotten my breakouts to stop, making my acne scars more visible. I can mostly cover them up with makeup but i’d rather just get rid of the scars. So if I used regular scar removing cream (like the stuff you can get at a drug store) would it help to remove (or lighten) my scars?

By the way I used tree oil mixed with witch hazel, it got rid of my breakouts within a few days.

Acne is something which happens to almost everyone during some point in time. Acne is a much generalized term which deals with everything right from small pimples to blackheads. There are a number of acne treatments that works which are available but there are very few which can actually treat your acne. A very handy method which answers the question of what acne treatment works is the use of an exfoliating scrub. Exfoliating scrubs and creams are widely available and applying these scrubs gently on the affected areas can be a very good way of getting rid of acne.

There have been a lot of advances in medical technology and there are a number of treatments like the use of Oxycerin which is a very good anti acne medication. Oxycerin is a medicine which has a number of natural antioxidants and antitoxins. Increased intake of vitamin A and also of vitamin B and C are considered to be good acne treatments with proven results. Intake of vitamins like Riboflavin certainly helps in eliminating the growth of acne. Vitamins provide a very good source of nutrition to the body and also these vitamin treatments protect the body from further acne growth.

What causes acne?

When puberty begins, young people begin to experience a wide variety of developmental physical, physiological and emotional changes. The obvious physical changes include beard and muscle development in young males, and young females, with the onset of menses, also start to develop breasts and wider hips. In addition, the normal progressions toward adulthood produce rapid hormone changes frequently causing mood swings and the often embarrassing side effect of Acne Vulgaris.
More commonly known as just simply acne, breakouts or pimples, Acne Vulgaris is caused by an overproduction of the natural skin oil glands. When this excess oil combines with dead skin cells and surface dust, it forms hardened blockages in the ducts leading to the surface of the skin-these are usually called blackheads or whiteheads. Sometimes these blockages produce a localized infection, which manifests as pimples or Acne breakouts just under the surface of the skin. Of course, there are other factors which contribute to the development of Acne breakouts, including diet and genetics, but dermatologists have a great many options available to them for its treatment.

Acne Scars and How to Get Rid of Them

Acne is the skin condition that everyone loves to hate. Of course the best treatment is preventing its occurrence in the first place. Unfortunately for millions of people this just isn’t possible. Acne has a nasty habit a popping up in the worst possible places at the worst possible time. It does go away but for some sufferers it leaves behind an unsightly reminder; an acne scar.

Much like any other trauma that occurs to the skin, acne can leave a scar. This doesn’t mean that it always does and some people are more prone to scarring then others. What normally happens after an acne blemish clears a dark spot known as post inflammatory hyper-pigmentation will appear on the skin. This is the body’s reaction when it starts repairing the spot where the pimple was located. This dark pigmentation will usually fade away after a couple of years.
