i have cystic acne and i’ve started this new thing called nutrition response testing, just curious as to how many people have had good results with clearing their cystic acne.

My OBGYN had some blood work ordered- I’ve also got an appt for an ultrasound next week- the Dr. had mentioned PCOS in passing. After doing some research it it sounds A LOT like what I’ve been experiencing… Would anyone like to share their experiences? My symptoms just seem so all over the place-

extremely overweight (no joke and not being hypercritical) especially around the middle (panus and everything)
thick coarse black hairs that sprout on my chin
severely irregular periods (5 straight weeks of heavy bleeding finaly got me in to see the Dr.)
migraines
Acne
Anxiety/Depression
