I think stress is making my acne worse?

I think the stress of having acne is making my acne worse and not better, acne is all i worry and think about when im in public and around friends, i honestly cant stop thinking about it and am considering whether i should go to a doctor and have him prescribe me something to control my anxiety, iv been on anxiety and sleeping pills before about 3 years ago when i had sever anxiety. Im now 19 years old. My anxiety from 3 years ago had nothing to do with acne.
Im already on acne medication from my dermatologist.

Are these stress or anxiety symptoms?

If you:
- are extremely irritable and feel nervous most of the time.
- thinking about death and suicide from time to time; it’s like thoughts that suddenly flicker.
- contemplating your life and seeing that you are in an impasse.
- feeling tired all the time, feeling down and ugly
-having a sudden outbreak of bad acne

You may be exposing yourself to pore-clogging substances on the job without even knowing it; while these substances are not the cause of your acne, they can aggravate it. For example: the airborne grease in a fast-food restaurant can create an invisible film on your skin, clogging your pores. Most industrial oils – the kinds used in cars, in factories, on bicycles – are pore clogging as well.

Is Acne Stress Related

External Stressors- A goal of acne prevention would be to keep your skin pores clear from clogging and becoming infected and irritated, resulting in blemishes and inflammation. So you need to look at your external environment throughout the day for factors that could trigger skin pore clogging. Here are some examples of what to look for: grease, oils and sun, like being around open fryers in kitchen areas, or around machine oil and grease in workshops or factories, or out in the sun all day on a construction jobsite. Too much oil, grease or sun on the skin can clog pores and trigger acne and other skin irritations.
