I have very dry skin with large pores, black heads, and mild acne. What can I use that is over-the-counter and works? I know that everyone’s skin is different and what worked for you might not for me but I’d like to try them to see what happens. I might find my answer here. I’ve tried going to a dermatologist and all of their stuff is too strong. I’ve tried Proactive and it didn’t work. Price isn’t an issue.

Unfortunately, it is not always available to regular people, who don’t have the means to pay for such an advanced medical intervention.
