Is milk a cause of acne? Or chocolate? My acne on my face never is that bad, I can always cover it up with a little makeup. I had a breakout and it almosts looks like a rash or many small zits mainly on my forehead and cheek. Now that I think about it, I did have A LOT of milk this week, and many people say it causes acne. What are the main causes of acne besides hormones?
