i have cystic acne and i’ve started this new thing called nutrition response testing, just curious as to how many people have had good results with clearing their cystic acne.

I have suffered from Cystic Acne for quite some time now and I dont know what to do about it.I have been to the doctor but I get discouraged when I dont see anything working.If you have dealt with this issue can you tell me how you dealt with the issue.What medication worked the best? Thanks

i have 2 or 3 scabs on my forehead from popping cystic acne. i am about to go stay a few days with my boyfriend and will wake up next to him in the mornings with no makeup on. what can i put on my face tonight to get rid of these damn scabs?

whenever my hair stays my forehead, it eventually clogs the pores on my forehead and causes acne wherever my hair was touching; though I use topical acne treatment, I must wear my hear up every day and must use a hairband every night to ensure no acne forms. I think it is becuase my hair is excessively oily; how do I reduce the oil in my hair? Are there special shampoos/conditioners that would help with this problem? Thank you.

I want to use this black soap with shea butter. I read great things about it. Especially for improving skin tone and clearing up acne.

I think I suffer from something called Dermatillomania, although luckily it is not as severe as picking of the hands and legs, etc.
I would really appreciate a list of great advice, techniques, help, prevention, how to cover up minor acne scarring, brown spots (dried pimple areas), and other things like that.
People think that this can just go away, all it takes is power, but like any addiction, it’s really hard to let go fully.

I would most likely choose a best answer with a lot of information.

I have red spots on my face from acne scars and developing acne. I tried the ice method but it doesn’t seem to work at all. Any other ways to get rid of the redness???

I just got rid of my acne that I had for about a year and a half but now I have all these scars left over, and I was wondering how to get rid of the scars within weeks without paying tons of money.

My 23 year old daughter is the youngest of three children. She is a lovely girl who graduated from a fine University one year ago. She took a job right after graduation with a large retail company and was hired into a management training program. Within a few months she started to suffer from anxiety attacks and her health started to fail. She developed all kinds of somatic complaints including some physical problems like severe acne which she had never had before. All physical exams and blood work came up negative. She would not take antidepressants but tried exercise and yoga. She quit the job and things improved but now I notice she is starting to suffer from anxiety and hypochondria again. She calls me on the phone every few days telling me she is sure she has skin cancer or lymphoma. Because I am a nurse I know her symptoms are not related. In the past we determined that 24 hours after any alcohol she would go through these fragile times. Any ideas or similar experiences?
