Obviously I know people will be concerned, and of course I’m aware of them, I’m taking action, right?
I think I suffer from something called Dermatillomania, although luckily it is not as severe as picking of the hands and legs, etc.
I would really appreciate a list of great advice, techniques, help, prevention, how to cover up minor acne scarring, brown spots (dried pimple areas), and other things like that.
People think that this can just go away, all it takes is power, but like any addiction, it’s really hard to let go fully.
I would most likely choose a best answer with a lot of information.
A LOT.
I will not takes “i don’t know, stop!” or a paragraph of common sense type answers.
Obviously I could have and did do that on my own.
Be creative, encouraging and gracious with your answers.

Get rid of them!
That’s a common cry for people suffering with back acne, or bacne, as it’s sometimes called. But no matter what it’s called, people who have back pimples are just as bothered by it as people who have facial acne problems to deal with. It just goes to show that zits can break out anywhere on the body, at anytime, and the back is an especially vulnerable area for acne breakouts.
Pimples on the back are an annoyance that are, not only extremely sore and painful but, embarrassing and unsightly. You may be ashamed to show your back with visible acne pimples and cysts, and this can seriously affect how you feel about yourself and possibly even your desire to participate in some social activities. After all, who wants to go to, say, a pool party so people can stare at your back boils, bumps and cysts with disgust? Or you may not want to wear v-necks or t-shirts for fear the back acne will show over the top of them. No matter what you do, the main thing is, to get rid of your back acne problems for good you need to follow an effective treatment regimen that will eliminate it and keep it under control.
