I know its a weird thing to put on your face but my friend said she puts it on before she dances at competitions and it keeps her make up perfect and that lots of girls she knows use it for their acne too. I have a really big, painful cyst on my chin. Like way under the surface, no head. Can I put milk of magnesium right on it? Will it help?

My skin has always been a nightmare since adulthood but, now that I am in my forties, I am having painful cystic breakouts. I am currently trying Retin A and have used every system I can think of. Is there actually something out there not too costly that I can do do have normal skin?

My boyfriend refuses to see a dermatologist (mainly because a: he hates doctors and b: we don’t have the money). I’d really like to know any home remedies or OTC things that would help or get rid of his acne.
By acne I mean, hard pimples beneath the surface, they are impossible to ‘pop’ and rarely go away and lots of large bumpy skin colored patches of blemishes, as well.

I have just a few very small cystic spots on my nose. They don’t hurt, and they don’t stand out in a particularly noticeable way. However, they’ve been there for a while, and I’d really like to treat it without using Accutane.

I’d appreciate any ideas, homemade remedies, and the like. Thanks!
I don’t think Accutane is necessary because I’ve known people put on the drug and they have had much more serious spots, while I just have a few small ones on the nose.

Recently I’ve been taking extra good care of my face. I’ve been putting warm washcloths on twice for ten minutes a day. Exfoliating once a week. And taking vitamins.
I have noticed an improvement in my deep under the skin acne. The only problem is now, I have a whole bunch of black heads just popping up.
What should I do?

Also How can I control my stress, because it gives me that deep acne.

My bf has horrible cystic body acne. What is the best way to cure that besides the obvious try to keep those areas suseptable to it extra clean of oils and all. That helps but isn’t the cure.

I have cystic acne on my back. I developed this when I was in high school and I used accutane to stop it. For some reason it returned not as bad but it’s there.

My doctor thinks I might have Lupus because I have some of the symptoms
but I looked up Lupus and it doesn’t mention Acne only skin rashes I thought maybe it didn’t mention acne because it’s not that common with Lupus. Does anyone know someone with Lupus and are they getting Cystic acne form it?

I have never had cystic acne…But Im just asking if there is any possibility that Im gonna develop it because I know it would get worst before better…
