Theres some chemical or substance in cashews that kill the bacteria that causes acne and gingivitus and stuff.. Can cashew nuts rwally do that or is it a hoax??

My 23 year old daughter is the youngest of three children. She is a lovely girl who graduated from a fine University one year ago. She took a job right after graduation with a large retail company and was hired into a management training program. Within a few months she started to suffer from anxiety attacks and her health started to fail. I have hyperpigmentation problem on my face except for my tzone area.
