everytime i eat chocolate i begin to see acne on my face the next day; if i continue to indulge it just keeps getting worse. its worst with dark chocolate and chocolate with nuts such as nutella. i have noticed this happening EVERY time i eat chocolate so why do ‘experts’ keep denying that chocolate causes acne? is it because these studies have been commissioned by the industry itself?

Lately I’ve been getting cysts, which, as defined my my dermatologist, is oil trapped under the skill. They basically look like a marble is trapped under my skin and it hurts the first few days then the pain goes away but the cyst stays for weeks. I’m already taking medicine for my mild acne (Retin-A micro and also a pill)

Why have I been getting them lately? What can I do to prevent them? And treat them?

The only food I have heard is chocolates and peanuts but there have to be more food Is it the food that causes acne ? or is it other cause

the name we were given by our teacher was bacillus subtilis but iv searched on the internet and it says thats something to do with soil…???

I know soda’s cause acne. But what other foods. I cant be picky, becuase I am trying to gain weight at the same time….so yeah

I am luckily blessed with clear skin but I was just wondering what makes some people not quite so lucky. I have heard so many myths they can’t all be right. So does anyone know what REALLY causes acne? I have heard it it Soda but is that true because I drink insane amounts of diet soda and nothing happens?

What causes acne and pimples and all that stuff some say masturbating, some say greasy food , some say other stuff so wich one is it really

I have a niece who was just born a month ago and now she has acne so i wanted to find the answer to what causes it. Any suggestions?
