Having acne is embarrassing. Not knowing which foods that cause acne can be frustrating. So, what I’m going to do is share with you some acne causing foods. That way, you’ll know exactly what foods are causing your acne and how you can stop it from happening.
Foods that are loaded with saturated fats cause you to have acne. These foods include burgers from fast food restaurants, pizzas, meats that are loaded with fats, french fries, and other junk foods. If you consume a lot of these foods, your acne breakout will be severe.

Acne is a terrible disease to have and I say disease because it is caused by an imbalance of your body’s system. And it is terrible because the thing it affects MOST is yourself esteem.
In this day and age, the appearance of a person is made so important by society that we find it a battle to get by in society if we are not groomed well and fall short by society’s standards thus making us feel or get called names like”ugly”, “fat”, “short”, “scar-face”,”pizza-face” etc.
This is why I want you to be confident that your skin problems can and will be cured. Just take the first step that I am going to recommend to you and put in a little effort where following through is concerned and you and everyone around you will be Amazed at the results!

I have red acne on my cheeks, and I don’t understand why because I don’t eat junk food, I cleanse it everyday and I drink lots of water. I do stress sometimes, and I have mild anxiety, do you think this could be the cause.

I know that smoking causes acne due to nicotene and tobacco deteriorating skin cells. However, I like to smoke one a day just after a stressful days school or if some issues are going on. I already have moderate acne on my face so would smoking one a day cause it to worsen? Please do not write “Don’t smoke.” or anything of that sort. I know the consequences and feel the relief I get off of one a day is worth it.

me and my cousin are in a disagreement about this fact. I know that it actually is proven not true, that chocolate causes acne. However i do realize i could be mistaken so i was trying to find more proof by internet. Yahoo answers seemed the easiest. Pleaz answer, and whoever has the most informative or factual answer will receive 10 POINTS
some evidence from a site or something would help too

I have been taking 50mg of Adderall XR every day for about three years. I read somewhere that taking Adderall for a long period of time causes acne. Is it possible that I am unaffected by this? Or is there still a chance that I could develop severe acne due to Adderall? Also, if I do develop it, is it just going to get worse and worse until I stop taking Adderall altogether or what?
