iam usingg Safegaurd To clear up body acne it is good or bad Please Suggest me!!!

I am 18 and just getting into a skin regime to start to take better care of my skin now to preserve my natural glow plus age prevention. Unfortunately I don’t have enough funds to cover special cleansers, acne creams, toners (idk even know what they are, but heard you need them), moisturizers, sunscreens..
