Human’s mentality differs and so does their skin. It is observed worldwide that maximum people don’t like oily skin. Oily skin is thick dull colored skin but is shiny. In this type of skin, more oil is produced by the oil producing glands as they are overactive in it. Mainly, pimples and coarse pores are seen in this type of skin.

Main causes of this type of skin are cosmetics used, heredity, pregnancy and humidity of hot weather. Sometimes, teenagers have this type of skin because of hormonal imbalance. Oily skin care should be done for betterment of this type of skin. Oily skin care needs the following measured to be followed correctly:

  • Face should be washed with hot water for two or three times a day to keep the skin clean and too much washing can stimulate the skin to produce more oil.
  • Soap that will be used should not be harsh and should not contain any artificial additives.
  • The cosmetics used must be specially designed for oily skin and before applying makeup an antiseptic day cream must be used.
  • Half teaspoon of lime and cucumber juice mixed together must be applied on the face half an hour before bathing.

Along with oily skin care, high protein diet is also necessary for preventing oily skin. In fact, diet is also considered under oily skin care. Following are some tips of good diet that should be followed for oily skin care:

  • Green leafy vegetables and fruit that contain lot of protein but less fluids, sugar or salt should be eaten.
  • Sugar, chocolate, junk food as well as soft and hard drinks must be avoided.

If the above procedure cannot be affordable by the user, Homemade Exfoliator can be used for oily skin care. Exfoliator is a product that is used for removing dead cells from skin, dust and dirt that cannot be completely cleaned by the cleanser and it also cleans the stale makeup. Exfoliator can be easily made in home by many methods. One of the easy and cheap methods by which Homemade Exfoliator can be made is by baking soda. We just need to take half bowl of baking soda and couple of tablespoons of water so that paste could be made. Then gently massage it around the oily skin for about two or three minutes and rinse with pure water (not tap water). Doing this once or twice a week can turn the oily skin into normal skin.

So any of the two procedures can be applied to skin for becomingbeautiful by turning the oily skin into normal skin. In the first process, along with oily skin cure the health of the person can also be maintained well and the person can have a healthy figure as well. But it can be bit expensive and cannot be afforded by every person. The second process will not have any relation with person’s figure but is cheaper than the first process. So it is the choice of the user that which procedure is relevant for them to become beautiful and charming.
