Ive been using this 3-step acne medication and it’s working great. But the problem now is my skin is dry and flaky.
How would I fix this flaky skin problem?

Find a lotion that is good for dry skin and use it sparingly.
Use a facial skin moisturizer. They make them for men too.
Use moisturiser or a face scrub aswell xx
You either need a non-oily moisturizer, or discontinue use of that product… You don’t want dry skin… It may just not be for you…
use a cream like e-45 that is ph neutral on easy going on the skin.i suffered with the same thing years ago, mine just stopped when i was 18 or 19.its your hormones doing it,& there isn’t a lot you can do to change those!
get a good light moisturiser, I use nivea light which works well and doesnt make my skin greasy
Try using a moisturizer or skipping and only using your medication every other day. Keep an eye out for redness or inflammation, as you may eventually develop an allergic reaction to the medication. It’s possible you’ll want to switch to another medication, whether or not you develop a worse reaction. There are lots of options out there and they are made for all different skin types. It’s usually a matter of trial and error.
On a side note, make sure you are also eating properly, drinking lots of water and avoiding diuretics. A lot of what your skin shows comes from the health of your body overall.
Try to drink more water.
Find a good exfoliant for the dead skin (use it once or twice a week) even a nice wash cloth can help.
When using the acne wash dilute it more with water.
Look in to Clean and Clear or Clinique they make a moisturizer made for acne prone skin.
When you first start using these kinds of products, flaking is normal. At least you know it is doing something. It is getting rid of the dead skin which will help your acne. Your skin will adjust. If it is too much and has been going on for more than a month, you may need to switch to something else. I like the idea of a gentle moisturizer such as Aveeno Ultra Calming. Use it at your convenience and sparingly. Good luck with your progress! Happy New Year!
Buy an aloe vera plant and use the gel in the leaves on your entire face during the nighttime then during the day in the morning wash it off. It’s great stuff! Research aloe vera on the internet if you don’t boleive me. & you can find this plant anywhere., try wallmart. Don’t use the bottled stuff.. it’s crap and like in reality only 40% real aloe vera.
Oh yea to help you dig further so your not entirely dependent on acne products read this article.
Trust me it has loads of good information from people who have cleared themselves
