Is there any diet supplement I can take without side effects on my skin?

I have been suffering from stress and anxiety for 2yrs, my skin has developed an acne type rash and has worsened since I went on a diet.

You have recognized that you have been suffering for two years, your symptoms seem to be skin eruptions, so now you need to think what is causing the stress.
