Is there a cure for acne?
For an example, when I stress my face breaks out or if I wash my face with a facial cleanser I break out. I’ve never had bad acne on my face before. Just started couple months ago. I’m not sure if it’s the changes of my diet (eating habits) or what. Ever since my acne broke out on my face (mostly cheeks area) .. it left behind what looks almost like “freckles,” but acne. If I go see the Dermatologist and show the doctor my cheeks do you think he/she will be able to tell what’s going on with me and what I need to do to be acne free? All women are suppose to be beautiful, but with acne it’s horrible. What do you think? Please explain.

wash your face at least 3 times daily… antibacterial soap is preferred…
tho wash regularly…
DO NOT use, Proactive… it DOES NOT work… all it does is show you HOW to wash your face!!!
I don’t think that there is.. but don’t take my word for it. Let me tell you though.. Proactiv works soooo good! I have been using it for a while! You should try it!
My dermatologist prescribed me to use Retin-A Micro by OrthoNeutrogena. It works better than anything I’ve ever used in the past. Don’t pop your pimples, because they leave scars behind.
i do not know where is getting all his info, but Proactive works so well! everyone i kno including me lol is using it and it works great, hope this helps.!
yes wash your face regularly but not too much…you dont want your face to turn really white….and watch your eating habits…that is one cause of acne. Are there any new foods you’ve been trying??Try tracing your diet. You could always go to a dermatologist, acne is not a complicated thing and can be cured easily with the right help
MURAD!!!!!!
its the answer to all skin problems
i swear by this its gentle and it helps a lot in just 3 days ull see a big difference
Please don’t wash your face more than twice a day. This will lead to irritation and dry skin, which will cause more breakouts. Also, use a gentle, soap-free cleanser like Cetaphil cleanser.
Have you eaten any new foods lately? For some people, eliminating dairy helps clear acne.
The “freckles” you are seeing are post-inflammatory marks, or hyperpigmentation. These will fade, but to help them along you can use a moisturizer with Alpha Hydroxy Acid or a Glycolic Acid cleanser (I use Aqua Glycolic).
Also, a GP or dermatologist should be able to prescribe something for you. Retinoids work well for a lot of people, but they generally take 3 months or so to work. A retinoid like Differin or Retin-A should help the red/brown marks too. Over-the-counter benzoyl peroxide is also very good, and tends to be fast-acting. You can get this pretty much anywhere–some brand names are ZapZyt and Persa-Gel.
You can try acne.org for more info. Good luck!
sorry buddy but there’s no cure. what you should do i recommend is find a light facial washer that won’t over dry your face and a light mosturizer. avoid over washing your face, 2 times a day is plenty. most likely it’s your hormones kicking in that cause your acne outbreaks. i suggest you just relax, drink plenty of water to flush your impuriteis away, excercise to cicrcluate the blood movement around your body and face, change your bed covers. *a super secret recipe for natural clear face” – squeeze half of a lemon into your cup of water everyday twice. and drink it. this method cleans your liver and your body. your liver controls your hormones and your skin* oh yea get plently of sleep yO!
