yes, i have never used proactive because i have heard it doesnt do the trick i would use clean and clear astringement to clear away the dirt.and grease and then use a couple scrubs from nutergena or i use this other one from walgreens that is only like 3 bucks that is apricot kind and it works well. Then there is this deep cleaning mask from nutregeena comes in a white tube..my sis has it and it works well…
benza clin
proactive sucks
i used to use proactive but not anymore. I won’t lie it did work well for me…BUT if i were to stop using it or run out for a few days i would break out really really bad. And after awhile it just stopped working for me. I use dermalogica its pricey, even more expensive then proactive but it works GREAT!
I know of some people who bought off of me the acne line from arbonne and it worked for them. They didn’t buy the whole kit. They just bought 1 or 2 products and they say it has help them alot.
proactive was super drying on my skin, it made me flake and gave my dry patches all over my face. i am very fair with sensitive skin so i have to be careful with what i use. murad acne complex kit worked wonders on my skin. they sell it at sephora. good luck:)
My skin didn’t do as well with proactive. There is the Acne Free system it does ok. I don’t know about your skin but the Neutrogena and the Clerasil make it worse. I love the Zapzyt brand cleanser myself than I take some Clean and Clear Persa Gel 10 and dab it on my bad spots both under my make up and before I go to bed, Cetaphil also has a good facial moisturizer.
I would go to a dermatologist.
I used ProActive and it seriously messed my skin up so bad.
I finally went to the derm, and got prescribed a prescription topical cream that seems to be doing the trick.
