i have acne all over my forehead and i want to know whats the best way to get rid of acne or/and any tips to reduce it
if u recommend an acne treatment tell me why its ur opinion

the AcneFree system works for me and its the only thing ive tried that helps at all
soap and water. i used to use a bunch of other stuff, including acnefree, but i suddenly stopped and just used water. my face was clear within a week. now i use water in the morning and night, and regular gentle hand soap if my face is oily.
try tea tree based face wash and lotion. it works for me. it’s quite cheap.
if you have them a lot and big and very red, i recommend you go to a doctor. acne could also be caused by unbalance hormone in your body. doctor will prescribe somthing to balance your hormone. it’s fast but quite expensive.
The best way is to go to a dermatologist, and try either accutane or plexion.. Both work miracles!

I’ve been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne/pimples temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it’s at.
I mean of course your acne should go away eventually but for some this is the case their whole life.
