How to get rid of back acne and have smooth skin?

So like every other teenager I have acne Not to severe on my face anymore but my back its kinda bad. I have pretty sensitive fair skin and want to keep it smooth. I mainly have like blackheads on my collarbone area (gross) and pimples on my shoulder and upper back. What treatment or body wash can I use that is not too expensive, will get rid of my acne and give me smooth skin?

Got to skinid.com and they have like a quiz that you take and they ask you where your acne is and how bad and what Type exc. then your results are given and they give you a certain treatment.

When washing your back use a loofah, sponge or exfoliant to help remove any dead skin cells that may clog up pores. I’ve been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne/pimples temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it’s at.
I mean of course your acne should go away eventually but for some this is the case their whole life.
