Help! Skin Prevention??

i just got rid of acne, what the best way to prevent them?
what should i use?

wash your face 2 times a day… like you most likely do anyway, do not skip a day. and once or twice put the clean and clear max strength persa gel
im 32 years old and when i was growing up i had systic acne i started useing nuetrogena oil free acne wash it has salicylic acid i have been useing it for 15 years and its the best period .
any wal mart osco has a version of it its a few dollars a bottle but totally worth it.

don’t touch your face w/ your hands, try not to anyways….the more you touch the more oil and dirt, more clogged pores,
there are these oil pads that you can use during the day, clean & clear i think, that helps
stress can cause it too, and some foods, but I don’t know the true link, hormonal levels contribute to it also….thats why most Birth Controls help acne.

use moisturizers for your face, so your face doens’t dry out, Aveeno is usually good, and usually do it after the shower, when your pores are huge and wide open.
wash your face every night and morning w/ cetaphil (you can buy it at like rite-aid or something) and if your acne comes up again, use clearasil ultra, too.
Just use what you did to get rid of it, or stay on top of it with making an effort AM/PM.
Using a pure and natural face wash, toner and cream -
with an acne medicine too.
Water, and do a mask once a week and exfoliate twice a week.
Drink water, eat well rounded things. :O)
the best thing to do is to wash your face a couple of times throughout the day to get rid of dirt and oil that’s building up on your skin…especially if it’s oily! stay outta the sun…exposure to the sun makes you break out! and last, wash your face with an acne face wash like “clean n clear” …you know? to prevent further breakouts….. oh and dont touch ur face with your hands, THEY’RE DIRTY!
