Eating too much chocolate causes acne?

I know it can cause me diabetes and some other problems.
I just eat too much chocolate. I heard eating chocolate can cause a massive outbreak of acne, is it true?

completely false. chocolate will not cause acne (not in general anyway). It may cause acne for a specific person, but then again, so can pizza or any other food. It’s more likely that oily foods than chocolate will cause a breakout. I remember reading it somewhere~its just a myth!
definately! you have to be extra careful with chocolate and fatty foods. they will cause an outbreak. chocolate is good if you eat it occasionaly, but if you eat too much your face will break out. another thing that makes your face break out is soda. drink lots of water if you want to avoid breakouts.

Good news for all you chocoholics: Eating chocolate does not cause pimples. Skin care experts agree that acne is not caused by any specific food, including French fries, candy, soda, or potato chips.
The real acne causes are a buildup of dead skin cells within the pore, an excess of skin oil (called sebum), and a proliferation of acne-causing bacteria. None of these factors are triggered by the foods we eat.
Probably the biggest myth of all is that eating greasy foods causes your skin to produce more oil. Greasy foods, while not really good for your health, will not cause oily skin or produce pimples. In fact, hormonal changes within the body have the greatest impact on sebum production. The predisposition toward oily skin can also be hereditary. So if your parents have oily skin, you probably will too.

Actually,it is just a myth that food could cause acne.This is because acne simply caused by the oil or dirt trap in the pores that cause bacteria to grow and induce breakouts to occur.In fact,consuming chocolate is actually good for your health and it does improve skin complexion provided you don”t consume it too much(:
Well,in the end food that you consumed does effect your skin complexion although in small effects.If it important for you to avoid taking too much oily food since it could induce more breakouts.You could try to drink green tea twice daily since it will detoxify your body system.Try this if you want and you’ll see improvements soon.Hope I helped(:
P/s:Just indulge in your chocolate for now.It will do no harm to your skin.Just remember to cleanse your face twice daily and you’ll do just fine(:
