Does taking Adderall for a long period of time always cause acne?

I have been taking 50mg of Adderall XR every day for about three years. I read somewhere that taking Adderall for a long period of time causes acne. Is it possible that I am unaffected by this? Or is there still a chance that I could develop severe acne due to Adderall? Also, if I do develop it, is it just going to get worse and worse until I stop taking Adderall altogether or what?

no. adderall does not cause acne over a long period of time. the only acne that can occur is when you already have it when you start to take adderall. when you start to take it it can begin to worsen acne but not cause acne.
