difference between men acne wash and womans?

ok. im just woundering if theres any difference between men acne wash and woman. like if one is stronger than the other or something. or if like men acne wash onyl works on men and womans on woman. because i have this acne wash called neutrogena for men. and i used to use clean and clear. which i got from the womans section.lol. yeah. and im a guy. so yeah. please answer someone. i’d rather get an answer from someone who actually knows this stuff,lol. thank you

I’ve never seen mens or womens specific sections when it comes to acne washes. Most times when there are “guy” products, they tend to have a more masculine smell to them. I think most guys like to just feel like they have something made for them, instead of a gender neutral product.
Honestly there is not really a difference. They just market men skincare because a lot of men don’t feel comfortable buy things from the “women” section. Its a marketing technique.
