Did any of these acne products work for you?

I have mild acne. Which means i have about 3 zits at a time, and i have blackheads. Did any of these products PERSONALLY work for you
1.Acneticin
2.Zyporex
3.Acnetix
4.7 day acne detox.
Please don’t look up reviews on the following products to help me decide which one sounds best, because I’m worried it might be a scam. If you suffered with mild acne also but found a cure, feel free to post it the item. Tremendous amount of thanks!

The best thing you can do to treat your acne is to start taking vitamins and minerals to prevent acne from the inside out.
Chelated Zinc does wonders in clearing up acne. Chelated Zinc costs less than $5 for a months worth and you can buy it at your local drug store.
