Could my anxiety disorder be causing acne?

Is it true that stress causes acne, because generalized anxiety disorder definitely causes stress (and a lot of it). But I was wondering: how much of my acne does that account for?

it depends on your type of acne because i have an anxiety disorder too and my skin is clear…except sometimes i get a difficult pimple once in a while but its because im in the age of acne you know so its not just because of that it could be.
