I have been to numerous doctors, and have tried a multiplicity of products (including proactive for five months, Duac 10%, redena and currently using Mario Badescu’s extra drying agent with 75mg of minocin and doryx, which I have been taking for three years x2 a day). It has now spread to my back, chest and has proliferated in quantity on my face. The doctors are fucking hopeless, and I’m considering birth control. Any suggestions?

Yesterday and today I have had some trouble relaxing to sleep. I become increasingly anxious and worried about things I would not usually think much of. My problems become very very magnified.

I have been feeling very shaky and weak and light-headed starting from yesterday, and this morning when I woke up I couldn’t breathe properly – No matter how many deep breaths I took in, I just felt there just wasn’t enough Oxygen going in. (Felt like I was holding my breath!)

Then, I suddenly felt really nauseas and had to run to the bathroom and I ended up throwing up a lot of acidic water . I felt better after that.

Then later on in the afternoon, I really felt in a slump. I just lay on the sofa miserable and had no motivation to get up or get myself dressed. I haven’t even had the motivation to shower myself in 2 days. I don’t know if you classify it as depression, but I really didn’t want to get up, get dressed, get out or do anything. I just lay on the sofa staring blankly at the television. I am also able to cry at anything. Even just talking about issues that are only slightly sensitive make me well-up.

So ladies, did you ever get any of these symptoms when you were my age? Or do you even have some of them now?

Please don’t diagnose me with anything. I did not ask this question for unwanted classifications upon myself. I just want someone to empathise with me and share how I feel with the experiences I’m going through.

By the way, I started Birth control pills around 6 months ago due to a sudden outburst of hormonal imbalance and acne ,I was prescribed.
