Can somone tell me if there is a product (that works) that clears adult acne?
I don’t have a major acne problem but reocurring black or whiteheads may decide to show their ugly heads. Someone must know of some products that work, that doesn’t cost $100.00. But if it does, I’m willing to pay.
I’ve tried everything over the counter,from mild cleansers and toners, facial masks, acne pills to ordering products online and thru catologs. They may work for a short time or not at all or it may make the problem worse. I drink lots and lots of water everyday, love vegtables and try to stay away from too much sugar. I know that any impurities within will come out but with all the water I drink, I’m not sure anymore.

I stick to a daily regiment and my skin is fairly clear. I do this twice a day. Wash with a gentle face cleanser (harsh ones will just dry your face out and make it worse), apply toner with vitamin E and then I use a lotion with alpha hydroxy in it. If I get a problem zit, I use a 2% benzo-peroxide cream on it.
Well if you believe all the commercials, and the comments I’ve noticed here before, Proactiv works. It worked for my daughter but she’s 15. I think deep cleansing facials have their place in helping to treat the problems you’re experiencing, and it may take a couple of treatments before your skin is back to being clear.
I would suggest going to a Dermatoligist. They will give you anti-biotics and a strong clenser or lotion. It worked for me but then I couldn’t afford/didn’t have time go back so now I’m waiting for my proactive to get here. But a dermatoligist is your best bet, they can tell you why your getting your acne.
