I read that this supplement regulates cortisol (stress hormone) levels. Is that true? Can it help with stress and acne?

Generally things that regulate cortisol helps control your response to stress, not your actual stress. So you may feel less of the physical side effects of stress (acne, weight gain, etc) you probably will not be less stressed.
Whether it works or not it, all medicines have side effects and you should try to use natural methods first. You should look into lowering your stress by using stress management techniques such as the ones found here http://www.ehow.com/how_5156185_deal-stress.html. Once you lower your stress acne and other things caused by stress will start to heal themselves.
oh boy! do not do that! it will mess you up! I tried it and it doesn’t work, unless you are trying to ruin your body and burn money. The best thing is breathing and stretching techiniques, they will save your life and your checkbook!
