Can medication make your penis smaller?
I swear to god, my penis used to get harder, it used to get longer, and it used to have more of an angle that went up. I’m on accutane, for acne, and some type of anxiety drug I don’t know what it’s called some wierd name. If it’s not that, is i tthe way I get off? Most of the times I lay on my bed in my boxers, point my penis up towards my stomach, and then kinda hump the bed or just rub my legs together and after a while my erect or non-erect penis will ejaculate. Would that affect the angle or anything of my penis? I really don’t wanna destroy my penis.

If anything it’s affecting the amount of blood that’s going there. It is not physically making it smaller. Talk to your doctor about the side effects.
Any anti depressants or anxiety drugs can and usually affect sexual performance.
Steriods will shrink your penis. Stay away from them .
It’s probably the anxiety medication that is affecting it. A common side effect of psychiatric drugs is sexual dysfunction. Just be glad you can get it up at all.
The penis is a fairly durable bodypart. But the humping the bed thing could result in a break in the penis or corpus cavernosum. Let’s just say it’s not fun to explain that to the doctor.
