Eat 1/2 of what you eat now ,exercise,I don’t think you can stop acne depending on your age. I stop eating pork and the only time I get bumps is when I eat or drink too many things with acids in them,Plenty vegetables,fruits,less starch,less junk foods which can also cause pimples to linger longer then necessary…..Blessings Yahoo
Sticking to a healthy diet is difficult. You are what you eat. For weight loss and healthy skin stay with the whole grains, fruits and vegetables, take as little proteins from animal meats. Get them instead from leguemes and soy products. Exercise your body.
