Any suggestions for acne troubles?

I have had acne for roughly five years, and apparently, has a “severe” classification. I have been to numerous doctors, and have tried a multiplicity of products (including proactive for five months, Duac 10%, redena and currently using Mario Badescu’s extra drying agent with 75mg of minocin and doryx, which I have been taking for three years x2 a day). It has now spread to my back, chest and has proliferated in quantity on my face. The doctors are fucking hopeless, and I’m considering birth control. Any suggestions?

This case of acne is very severe. It’s usually called herpes.
Have you considered Acutane? It’s really powerful, but it has worked wonders for lots of people with severe acne such as yourself.
I recommend use Acneace!
