Any home remedies for adult acne?

I am 28 years old, and still have trouble with those pesky pimples. Not an overabundant amount of them, but enough to make me self conscience. Any home remedies? Also, anything to remove old acne scars? Only serious responses please. It’s a matter of self-pride.

Try something to dry them up, like swab a little nail polish remover on em with a q-tip, perfume works too. Anything with alcohol/ try tea tree oil too.
I don’t believe in “home remedies”. I am 22 years old and have had acne since I was 11. You should take it from a seasoned sufferer and go see a dermatologist.
Toothpaste works good, do it at night before you go to bed and wash your face in the morning, I like to use St. Ives apricot medicated scrub.
Hi, this is not a home remedy but “proactive” is the best. It really works. Also try a gentle exfoliater to eliminate dead skin like Dove daily facial cleanser and exfoliater. Don’t use products with a lot of alcohol, that can make your skin produce more oil because you are striping it of it’s natural oils. Remember to wash your face every night before bed! Good Luck!
Soap and water atleast 2 times a day. Morning and evening. Put baby powder on your face or neck at night if this process causes irritation to any part of your facual skin.
try these:
1. Grind nutmeg (jaiphal) with unboiled milk and apply on affected area. This works as a magic. Pimples should disappear without leaving a mark.
2. Make a paste by mixing honey and cinnamon powder. Apply this paste on the pimples before sleeping and wash it next morning with warm water. Repeat for two weeks, pimples will disappear forever.

First of all wash your face with warm water followed by a splash of cold water. This will remove the dirt and open the pores for any medication. Basil leaves can be used to treat acne. Make a paste and apply on affected region. Turmeric works well on old scars. I hope this helps.
