Besides normal bumps, I also get these awful painful cystic bumps on my chin, jaw line, and neck. Does anybody have any advice on good ways to take down the swelling and/or hide them? They look disgusting and I don’t even want to leave the house when I have them.
Any preventative measures I could take? It seems once one starts, there’s no stopping it.

so im 17 years old, and have a very bad acne problem. I get the worst ourbreaks. I have NUMEROUS scars on my nose from it, i get about 5-6 big ones and 20 small ones. Im brown skinned and it makes me look worse with my aftershave. I need help, im tired of having acne. I’ve had pimples since i was 12 and they just seem to get worse and worse.
