I tend to break out a lot on my forehead especially in the center, and it’s really annoying since I wash my face so frequently and am always trying new products hoping one will finally prove miraculous!
I’m so tired of spending money on these things which, in most cases, I end up not using.
Right now I’m trying out Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash redness soothing gentle scrub.
Question: Which acne products have worked for you?

I am 18 and just getting into a skin regime to start to take better care of my skin now to preserve my natural glow plus age prevention. Unfortunately I don’t have enough funds to cover special cleansers, acne creams, toners (idk even know what they are, but heard you need them), moisturizers, sunscreens.. Plus all of that just sounds exhausting. So will it be okay if I use that to cleanse my face every time I’m in the shower, would that be enough cleasing and acne treatment I need? And if everyone knows a good skin regime for an 18 year old that will be a plus, and I’ll really appreciate it. Thanks

The only food I have heard is chocolates and peanuts but there have to be more food Is it the food that causes acne ? or is it other cause

Ive tried to go on diets where you only eat 2000 calories a day, but when i do that, i feel tired and worn out, and my stomach always growls for some real food!
My mom says salad, tuna, and water and stuff are the best, but i feel like a rabbit. lol..
I cant eat just those kind of things, i get to hungry and end up going nuts like 3 days later and eating like 3 bowls of pasta ( that was an example…)

So, i wanna be healthier…I wanna have a nice body, inside and out, I wanna feel GREAT!. because i just dont.
